David Kisiolek, O.D.

A native of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Dr. David Kisiolek received his bachelor's degree (Biology) from Lakeland College in 1976. He attended the Illinois College of Optometry receiving his doctorate in 1980. While at Illinois, Dr. Kisiolek was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Academic Honor Society. He served two years as a graduate assistant in the department of physiological optics. Dr. Kisiolek completed an externship rotation at West Side Veterans Administration Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Kisiolek is Board Certified in the treatment of eye diseases and has completed postgraduate courses in retina, glaucoma, and laser vision correction. He is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association as well as the American Optometric Association. Dr. Kisiolek is a board member of the Optometric Practice Association of Wisconsin, an organization providing emergency eye care. He enjoys being active in the Howards Grove community and is presently serving as president of the Howards Grove Advancement Association.

David, and his wife Mary, reside in Howards Grove with their two college age daughters.

Corinne Beiersdorf, O.D.

Dr. Corinne Beiersdorf is originally from Kohler, Wisconsin. She graduated from Kohler High School and received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Dr. Beiersdorf received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She received internship training at a multidisciplinary ocular disease based referral clinic in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Beiersdorf was nominated as one of Southern College of Optometry's top graduating clinicians. She is currently a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Beiersdorf has taken a special interest in low vision and pediatric optometric care. Additionally, she has experience in family eye care, specialty contact lens fitting, eye surgery co-management, adult eye care, and low vision consultation. Dr. Beiersdorf believes in preventative medicine and practices this philosophy with comprehensive eye exams. Dr. Beiersdorf is also currently an instructor at Lakeshore Technical College. Cori and her husband Brad Wicklund live in Kohler with their daughter.

Connie- Business Office Teammate. Board Certified Optician

Connie has been with Kisiolek Eye Center since 2002. Although she has now joined the business team of our practice, she has been an optician since 1988 and is American Board of Opticianry certified. Connie and her husband Paul live in Howards Grove with their two children Hayley and Mitchell. She enjoys spending time with family and friends along with following her children's athletic activities.

Diane- Business Office Teammate

Diane has been at Kisiolek Eye Center since 1989.. With her experience, Diane is able to assist in every part of our practice. She lives in Howards Grove with her husband, Jerry, and has two grown children and three grandchildren.

Linda- Medical Assistant. Technician

Linda has been a part of Kisiolek Eye Center since 1999. She currently works as a technician and also fills in as a receptionist. She is married with three married children and four grandchildren. In her spare time she likes to garden, sew, and help her husband with the honey bees.

Mary- Business Office Teammate

Mary has been married to Dr. David for almost 30 years (seems longer some days!).  They have two grown daughters and reside in Howards Grove.  Mary does a little of everything in the business office, our 'girl friday'.

Kris- Contact Lens Technician

Kris has worked as a technician since 2006 and has been at Kisiolek Eye Center since 2008. She is married and has two children, Travis and Amanda. When she is not working, she enjoys camping with her family and attending her children's school athletic games.

Jean- Business Office Teammate

Jean joined Kisiolek Eye Center in August 2010, but she has been in the optical business for 17 years. A North Dakota native, she currently lives in Sheboygan with husband Adam. They have two married sons and a granddaughter. Her spare time is spent with her family.

Rene- Medical Assistant

Rene' is a 2010 graduate of Lakeshore Technical College Medical Assistant Program and joined Kisiolek Eye Center in October, 2010.  She is married to her high school sweetheart Chris; they reside in Cascade.  They have two married kids and three wonderful grandchildren.  In her spare time, Rene' enjoys spending time with family, scapbooking and quilting.

Andy- Board Certified Optician

Andrew (Andy) has worked in the Optical Field for over 32 years and is a lifelong resident of Sheboygan County. Andy graduated from Lakeshore Technical College in 1977 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science as a Dispensioning Optician. He is a board certified optician with the American Board of Opticianry. Active in his church and the Adell, Wisconsin village community, Andy and his wife Valerie enjoy gardening and participating in chuch and civic activities..
