Kisiolek Eye Center warrants that your lenses and frames are of the highest quality and are free of defects in materials and fabrication.
- 90 Day Satisfaction
- We will remake, at no charge, patient dissatisfaction or non-adaption with their new prescription or eyewear for a period of 90 days from the original order date. (one-time remake per order)
- Standard* Lens & Frame Warranty
- Frame includes a one-time, one-year replacement from original order date.
- Lens includes a one-time, one-year replacement from original order date.
- Premium* Lens and Frame Warranty
- Frame includes a two-time, two-year replacement from original order date.
- Lens includes a two-time, two-year replacement from original order date
- *Standard vs. Premium lens determined by chosen lens materials and attributes*
Contact Lens 60-Day Limited Warranty
- We will accept any unopened contact lens boxes in their original factory-sealed condition for refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase.
- Product will be refunded to your account as a credit.
- Credit will be adjusted based on insurance use. Insurance availability will be re-reviewed.
- Insurance benefits will not be reversed.
- Credit can be used for further contact lens purchases or other out-of-pocket expenses incurred at Kisiolek Eye Center.
- Credit can be refunded in the form of a check upon request.
- Products must be purchased through Kisiolek Eye Center
- Prescription changes that surpass the 60 day limited warranty will be handled on a case-by-case basis under the advise of the doctor and after review by the Office Manager.
- We are happy to assist with providing any receipts and/or forms needed to help you process returns directly to the manufacturer following their guarantees or warranties. Please ask for details.
